You retain ownership of any content you create in Wayspot. You are responsible for the content you create.

Wayspot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Information about places, including hours, accessibility, and safety, may be inaccurate or out of date. Always verify critical details before traveling.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wayspot and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Wayspot at any time without notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator resides.
